about the club
Beds Central ju-jitsu club is run by Sensei Denis O'Shea. Having trained under Steve Rolls' Bedfordshire based ju-jitsu clubs and Bob Cowan's International Atemi Jujitsu. Denis has a wealth of martial arts experience having trained and coached in the Luton and Dunstable areas for almost 20 years.
After several years coaching with Sensei Daren Jay of Luton Jujitsu Denis established his own having club at Houghton Regis in 2007
This club is currently based at Houghton Regis Leisure Centre, a small homely leisure centre opposite Central Bedfordshire College and near Hillcrest School
